The 5/7 comes with a plastic spool that can be easily replaced. A good example of how to save but at the same time complete this reel replacement.
The frame and coil are made of fiberglass with nylon reinforcement, which ensures great strength and corrosion resistance while maintaining low weight. The multi-disc carbon fiber and teflon braking system allows precise adjustment from "zero" to "maximum".
