Built around an aluminium body the Digigear II drive is held solidly in place under loading, maintaining a smooth power transfer and winding feel. This is enhanced further by the presence of 6BB and the graphite Air Rotor. Line release during the fight is also smooth thanks to the ATD with carbon washers.
From the 4500 size up the anti-reverse has been ‘designed out’, ensuring even higher mechanical strength and maximum drive gear size.
