It can target all large-sized fish species such as grouper,snapper,yellowtail, and greater amberjack. The strength of this rod lies in its powerful blank. The most nerve-wracking moment during the attempt to land the target fish comes when the large-sized struggling fish is making a dash onto the bottom of ship. If drag is not tight, the backbone of rod will not get the strength, complicating the landing. If the drag is tight, the fishing line may run to the bottom of the ship, resulting in the fish to be disentangled. To overcome such a problem, boron material was adopted to give the rod a powerful backbone.
